JobRated is a tool that helps contractors ask their customers for Google reviews. Our website is jobrated-us.vercel.app.
JobRated is a trade name of WH Médias SAS, a company registered in France. That is the company responsible for the data described here.
We never send a text message or an email to your customers. When you request a review, JobRated writes the message and opens the Messages or Mail app on your own phone with it already filled in. You are the one who taps Send, and the message goes out from your own number or your own email address.
That means we are not in the middle of that conversation: we do not see your customer’s reply, we do not have access to your text-message history, and your customer’s carrier sees a message from you, not from us. What we do record is that you prepared a request for that customer, and whether the review link in it was clicked.

That is the whole list. We do not buy customer data, we do not enrich it from other sources, and we do not collect anything about your customers that you did not enter yourself.
We do not sell your data or your customers’ data to anyone. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use your customer list to market anything to your customers.
We can tell you that a review link was clicked. We cannot tell you whether a review was actually left, or what it said — Google does not report that back to us, so nobody, ourselves included, can connect a specific review to a specific customer.
Each of them only receives what it needs to do its job. None of them is permitted to use your data for its own purposes.
We keep your data while your account is open. Review-request records are kept for two years so your history stays useful. When you delete your account, we delete it.
You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings in your dashboard. Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your customer list, your job records and your review-request history, and cancels any active subscription.
If you would rather we did it, or you want a copy of your data first, email support@jobrated-us.vercel.app and we will handle it.
Wherever you live, you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@jobrated-us.vercel.app.
If you are a California resident, you also have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it (this page), the right to have it deleted, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA.
Because WH Médias SAS is established in France, visitors in the EU and the UK additionally have the GDPR rights of access, portability, erasure, rectification and objection, exercisable at the same address.
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to keep you signed in. They are set when you log in and are required for the app to work.
JobRated is a tool for businesses. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
